MJD Environmental supports residential, commercial and coastal projects - including subdivisions, new building or building renovations and coastal structures, providing expert advice and guidance to help you achieve positive project outcomes.
Melanie Donaghy is the Director of MJD Environmental Ltd and is an Associate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
Melanie brings over 19 years experience working in local government to her role, including both regional, and district functions. She has presented at multiple resource consent hearings and been involved with environment court mediations.
This invaluable experience has provided her with the knowledge and insight to prepare concise and complete resource consent applications, avoiding Council delays and unexpected costs.
